Afin de permettre \u00e0 vos clients de ne pas passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de nouveau de leur article favori. Vous pouvez activer l’Alerte de Stock<\/em><\/strong> depuis votre administration.<\/p>\n

1. Activer l’Alerte<\/h2>\n

Rendez-vous dans Boutique<\/em> <\/strong>> Catalogue Produits<\/em><\/strong> > Stocks Produits<\/em><\/strong> puis aller dans l’onglet Alerte clients de remise en stock<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Et activez l’affichage du bouton de notification de remise en stock de vos produits sur vos fiches produits.<\/p>\n

Vous pouvez modifier le texte du bouton dans le champ en-dessous.\"\"<\/a>Sur la fiche produit c\u00f4t\u00e9 client, un bouton remplacera l’ajout au panier d\u00e8s que le stock sera \u00e0 0.<\/p>\n

2. \u00c9diter le mail<\/h2>\n

Maintenant, il ne vous reste plus qu’\u00e0 configurer le mail que vont recevoir vos clients lorsque le produit sera de nouveau en stock.<\/p>\n

Des tags sont mis \u00e0 disposition pour ajouter des informations qui changeront d’un client \u00e0 l’autre. Ils s’adaptent donc aux donn\u00e9es de votre site et du destinataire.<\/p>\n

3. Liste des produits attendus<\/h2>\n

En dessous, vous avez la liste des produits attendus par vos clients et la liste des clients en attente pour chacun des produits. Vous trouverez \u00e9galement la liste des produits pour lesquels une notification a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
